Your data, your call

Delete my data

tebChart has no account to close and no server holding your health records. Deleting your data means deleting it from your own device — here is exactly how, in every place a copy could exist.

TebScribe LLC  ·  Effective July 24, 2026  ·  Companion to our Privacy Policy.

There is no tebChart account. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile on our side. We hold no health records about you, so there is no account for us to delete and no deletion request you need to send us. Everything below you can do yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.

1. Delete individual records

Open the record in tebChart — a medication, visit, appointment, document, or scan — and delete it. It is removed from your device right away, and from your iCloud copy on the next sync if you have sync turned on.

2. Delete a whole patient chart

Tap your profile picture in the top corner, choose the person, and delete that chart. Everything filed under that person goes with it.

3. Delete everything on this phone

Delete the tebChart app: press and hold the tebChart icon on your Home Screen › Remove AppDelete App. iOS erases the app’s entire private storage — records, scans, documents, and settings. This cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep a copy (Profile › File Cabinet › Backup).

4. Delete the copy in your iCloud

If you turned on iCloud sync, a copy lives in your own iCloud account (not ours). To remove it:

  1. In tebChart, turn iCloud sync off.
  2. In iOS Settings, tap your name › iCloudManage Account Storage (or Manage Storage) › tebChartDelete Data.

Apple operates iCloud; if you need help removing data from iCloud, Apple Support can assist.

5. Revoke Apple Health access

iOS Settings › Privacy & SecurityHealthtebChart › turn everything off. Anything already imported into tebChart is deleted with the app or the chart, per the steps above.

6. Copies you made or shared

Backups, PDFs, ER cards, registration packets, calendar events, and family updates that you exported or sent live wherever you put them — Files, Photos, Mail, Messages, a printer, someone else’s phone. We have no copy and no way to reach them; you delete those the same way you delete any other file or message.

7. tebDictate sessions

This applies only if you used tebDictate — the separate free dictation service (the web app at tebchart.com/dictate, the standalone tebDictate app, or the browser extension). The tebChart app does not include it and never contacts it, so tebChart users have nothing here to delete. If you did use tebDictate, your words were relayed end-to-end encrypted to the computer you paired; the pairing token expires 15 minutes after it is issued, and we never hold the key, so there is no readable content for us to delete. Closing the page or app ends the session immediately. Anything the computer wrote down is on that computer — delete it there.

8. Website analytics

The tebDictate pages at tebchart.com/dictate use Google Analytics. To stop it and clear it: install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or clear and block analytics cookies in your browser. The other tebChart pages set no cookies and no trackers at all.

9. Cancelling Premium

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings › [your name] › SubscriptionstebChart. Apple handles billing and refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com).

10. Still want us to check?

You can always ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete something. Email privacy@tebscribe.com — a real person answers, and we respond within 30 days. Please do not include medical details in the email; we do not need them.
